We work with a  number of partners who are an integral part of our business. We look to work with best in field professionals, Solicitors, Architects, Planning Consultants, Engineers and Contractors.  These are selected on a project by project basis albeit a number of our partners now work with us on a repeat basis.

We also work with a number of investors including Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, REIT's and Property Investment Companies. This has been on a forward funding, investment sale or joint venture basis. Recent investors in our student accommodation projects have included Empiric Student Property Company and Curlew Capital.  We also have strong relationships with our bankers, The Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS.  We look forward to repeat business with previous and existing investors and to forging new relationships going forward.
