The Scottish Government Reporter has overturned the decision of Glasgow City Council to refuse planning permission for the 424 apartment BTR project at Beith Street. The Reporter effectively agreed with the Council's planning officials who recommended approval of the application and found that the proposals as a whole are in line with the city's development plan and that "a high quality design with a satisfactory level of amenity would be achieved"
Kevin Robertson, MD stated - "We are delighted that the Reporter agreed with the planning professionals and after lengthy and uncertain delay, we can now focus on providing much needed new homes in Glasgow's West End. We hope to start construction in 2023 and have the project completed by early in 2026."
